We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Chester. The room was beautifully designed with a homey feel, and the little touches like the birthday card and bottle of Prosecco made our stay extra special. The freestanding bath in the room was amazing and added a luxurious touch. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering additional towels and bath salts. The hotel provided breakfast items like milk, yoghurt, cereals, and water, which was a lovely gesture. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
